Which exercise is best for which body?
You have to decide whether you want physical beauty or develop a knack for sports
Does your body tend to gain weight or are you one of the lucky few who lose fat without doing anything?
Every human body is different just like fingerprints are different.
However, we can divide bodies into three categories based on bones, muscles and body fat.
The bottom line is that you need to know your body in order to know what exercise is best for your body.
The problem is that 'when it comes to exercise, there is a conflict of interest,' says Juan Francisco Marco, a professor at the Center for Sports Science, Training and Fitness in Spain.
There are three body types which are based on 'somatotype' somatotype i.e. genetics and physical characteristics.
Active morph i.e. Brahiya
Longer distance races are beneficial for taller people, but they should also follow weight-gaining programs

Professor Marko explains that 'people of this type are thin and tall and tend to stay thin. Their limbs are long and the chest is flat and muscularIt is difficult to cover.
For this type of people, the best sports in terms of performance can be swimming and cycling. However, Professor Marko cautions that these people should build muscle as part of a weight- and strength-building program.
". It keeps the big muscles growing and the small muscles working.
Aerobics are not very useful for them because it is very easy for this body type to lose weight and stunt muscle growth.
Endomorph i.e. Dar Madan
This body type called endomorph is the exact opposite of active morph. These people have short stature and round body. They have a very slow metabolism due to which fat accumulates in the body and muscles grow very easily in this type of body.
Endomorphs are great at strength training thanks to their ability to build muscle.
This type of person needs an exercise routine that emphasizes cardiovascular endurance.
"They should start with aerobics and work up to high-intensity anaerobic (exercise that builds strength to survive without air)," says Professor Marko. For these people, it is beneficial to move the joints more intensively than the active morph.
Sports that involve strength, power and balance, such as weightlifting and wrestling, are more suitable for this body type.
But there are some facts to keep in mind while exercising for this body type.
Our goal is to build muscle and reduce body fat. If this is not the case, we will end up with very fat and unhealthy people.'
A physical fitness expert has warned that 'psychologically these types of people are very weak. It is difficult to motivate them to exercise, these people are easily disappointed if they fail or don't see results quickly.
Mesmomorph means sheath form
Mesmomorphs are naturally athletic and excel at every sport
People with this body type get the most physical benefits. These people can become athletes without any effort.
According to Professor Marko, 'Mesmomorphs are naturally sportsmen.
, he also showed excellent performance in endurance and speed competitions.
The best exercises for this body type are sports that use endurance and strength and alternate exercises that include muscle building and cardiovascular endurance movements.
Tennis, football, rowing and triathlon are the best sports for such people.
Professor Marco explains that 'despite all the benefits that people in the mesmomorph group enjoy, they must pay attention to their diet. Because they also have a tendency to accumulate body fat, but not as fast as in endomorphs.
But both of them i.e. endomorph and memsomorph do not have the same ability as ectomorph who eat whatever they like and digest it due to their fast metabolism.
Knowing your body type is important, but that doesn't mean there aren't combinations of exercises for one body type or another.
The most important thing is to know what our ultimate goal is, to create an exercise and diet routine that suits your needs.
